The conference brings together urban actors from across the Nordic region to explore and discuss the challenges and opportunities of contemporary and future urban development. How can Nordic cities navigate complexity and drive sustainable transformation?
– I think that cities across the world need greater focus on how their communities can feel better able to participate in change in their places. My sense is that this applies in Nordic cities as much as anywhere else.
– In my talk I’ll be using examples from my practice to talk about how we can create more equitable places through projects that focus on inclusion and social value – even in complex urban environments.
