Thank you for 20 years of sharing experiences and building knowledge!

Over the past few years, the board has worked actively to recruit new members to Nordic City Network. Despite these efforts, the network has decreased in size in recent years. During the anniversary year of 2025, the network made an ambitious effort to produce new knowledge and attract new members through an analysis of past, present, and future Nordic urban development. Unfortunately, this initiative did not yield the desired results.

 

For some time, the board has discussed reorganizing the network. Unfortunately, we do not see sufficient energy and engagement at this point to make that transition. The conclusion is therefore that we have reached the end of the road, and after a successful anniversary year, we have decided to conclude the network’s work.

 

We are deeply grateful for the collaborations and knowledge exchanges we have had with various actors in the Nordic region and internationally over these 20 years. Thank you for all the curiosity, experience, and wisdom you have shared with us throughout these years!
