The network will gather in Lund 25-27 September for our annual Lab. Through the case of Lund and Genarp we are going to explore the theme of this year’s Lab – exchange between city and village - the benefits of multi-core structure.

The municipality of Lund consists of the city of Lund and several villages with different character. The multi-core structure is an asset that offers a variety of attractive environments for living as well as business and recreation. The municipality is currently working on a new master plan where the small town of Genarp is one of the focus areas. In the Lab, we will together work with three main challenges related to Genarp:

• Sustainable mobility
• Living town center
• Variety of housing

In addition to the contact persons of the network we would like to welcome business developers, politicians and planners interested in rural areas to this years Lab.
