Reference Group: Contemporary Nordic Urban Development

In 2025, a reference group consisting of some of the network’s members will work on deepening the analysis of the material we have collected in our project on contemporary Nordic urban development. The conclusions from the reference group’s discussions will provide input to the network’s digital lunch inspirations during the spring and summer of 2025, as well as the lab in Linköping from October 1–3.

 

The reference group will meet three times from May to September in digital meetings lasting 1–1.5 hours. Before each meeting, participants will receive a task to consider, which will then serve as the basis for the conversation.

• Meeting 1: Focus on understanding and predicting effects in urban development (May 13)
• Meeting 2: Focus on the direction of Nordic urban development (August 26)
• Meeting 3: Focus on future scenarios for Nordic urban development (September 11)
